Our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly in the actions of our initiatives. From the moment we started our work in 2022, we understood that by working together we could overcome our challenges much more efficiently, and that is why we ultimately decided to launch Sim M. Spencer Community Development Center.

Elton Penn
Pastor Elton Penn is a native of Los Angeles, CA. Accepting his call to ministry at the early age of 19 and being ordained at 23 set him on the journey that would propel him to greater works and shift his life journey in amazing ways.
Pastor Elton received his Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Counseling and his Master’s Degree in Religious Education. He has served in ministry for the past 24 years in various areas of ministry and the community.
He currently serves as Senior Pastor of East 105th Street Christian Church, fondly known as the church “The House of Restoration.” Where he has served for the past 14 years in various capacities. He is a charismatic teacher, preacher, best selling author of Intimacy Beyond the Bedroom, community leader, CEO of World Centered Outreach and community activist. As a result of his upbringing, he is focused on transforming the lives of individuals within the church and the community. He believes that we can make a difference in the lives of those around us by impacting one person at a time.
